Department of Health updates advice on medicines in pregnancy and storing breast milk
The Department of Health has updated its Pregnancy and Birth to Five books. They include new advice on storing breast milk and the best medicines to take during pregnancy. NCMA updates its information on changes to legislation that may affect childminders picking up and dropping off by car
If childminders take children to and from school or take groups out by car as part of their childminding business they may be subject to private vehicle (PHV) licensing requirements. The NCMA advises that childminders check with their local authority Licensing Department as to how they are interpreting the change and, if they find they will need a licence to contact their insurer. Claiming free milk
